Terms and Conditions

1. 1st Prize is a year’s supply of family books and Earth Friendly Baby products. Each month over the course of one full year, the 1st prize winner will receive 4 adult books, 4 children’s books and 4 bottles of various Earth Friendly Baby bath time and skin care products. 2. 2nd prize is 1 of 10 ‘The Flying Bath’ prints signed by illustrator David Roberts and Julia Donaldson. 3. 3rd prize is 1 of 15 ‘The Flying Bath’ books signed by Julia Donaldson and illustrator David Roberts. 4. 4th prize is 1 of 20 Earth Friendly Baby ‘goody bags’ which include 5 Earth Friendly Baby bath time and skin care products and an unsigned copy of ‘The Flying Bath’. 5. The winners will be drawn randomly no later than 14 days after the competition has closed. 6. Opening date for entry will be 01.09.14. 7. Closing date for entry will be 30.11.14. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 8. Entry is restricted to UK residents only. 9. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 10. The promoter is Lansinoh Laboratories, Inc. (Company No. FC030397) whose registered office is at Jason House, Kerry Hill, Leeds, LS18 4JR. 11. Employees of Lansinoh Laboratories, Inc. or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 12. Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the competition closing. 13. The prizes should be claimed no later than 28 days after notification. 14. Prizes will be delivered no more than 28 days after prizes have been claimed. 15. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, and incomplete, or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the competition – entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted. 17. It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the Lansinoh Laboratories, Inc. of any change of contact details. Proof of identity may be required. 18. Lansinoh Laboratories, Inc. will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence. 19. Lansinoh Laboratories, Inc. reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. 20. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 21. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 22. The decision of Lansinoh Laboratories, Inc. in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 23.
